You could say I’m a bit obsessive about health & wellness, whether it’s researching something for my own health or to support the health of my yoga therapy clients.
I once struggled with and have healed endometrial polyps, an ovarian cyst, leaky gut, and back pain caused by lordosis. I also healed deep grief after losing my mom to cancer.
All using natural and often miraculous methods of healing.
After recently getting hit with symptoms of fibromyalgia in spite of doing “all the right things” (eating healthy, exercising, meditating, etc), I became even more obsessed about learning the best ways we can support our health.
Good health is not just the absence of disease.
Good health is the balanced wellness of our mind, body, and spirit.
This is how Mind•Body•Spirit Wellness was born. I’m still birthing it now.
